- Billing and balance
- Your balance comes from one time top ups and does not expire. Every message and check is paid from it at what it costs, and our terms say all sales are final. Write to us if a charge looks wrong, and include the email on your account.
- Your data
- You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data. See the privacy policy for what we keep, then email support@nymly.app.
- Bug reports
- Tell us the page you were on, what you did and what you expected. A screenshot helps. Inside the app, Settings then Feedback also takes bug reports and feature ideas.
- Press and partnerships
- Use the contact form and say what you have in mind. See the roadmap for what is shipping next.
Response Times
- Support requests: usually within 24 hours on weekdays (SAST / UTC+2).
- Bug reports: triaged the same day; fix ETA depends on severity.
- Press and partnerships: we try to reply within 2 working days.
